KN High flow air filter

Can anyone with this mod tell me if they are experiencing the same thing? I noticed that since i got a kn air filter when i turn my car on it takes forever for the engine to warm up and also never reaches the half way mark between hot and cold, but instead sits halfway between cold and the correct middle temperature. Now i dont know if this is good or bad, but my engines just running much colder than average. And for those who will say its the wheather its not because i had the filter since september and it was doing it then as well. However, i am getting slightly better gas mileage and more horsepower, and it the car pulls much harder after 3k than before.
