Anyone know what kind of body kit or lip kit this is? I'm pretty interested in it

Thats the factory OEM aspec lip kit.. it looks like he has a WW rear although im not sure.

 

Oh ok, I guess it being lowered made it look aftermarket to me, the side skirts are OEM as well?

No im pretty sure he rolled his fenders or is that what you mean by "flaring" them.

 

I don't think there is any difference between the Aspec lip kit, and the regular OEM factory lip kit.

Also, I thought Aspec cars only came in blue color.

 

Aspec lip kit is the OEM lip kit.. just aspec is the name.

Aspec TL's came in blue and black i believe but all im saying is the lip kit's name is Aspec

 

^ its actually called the OEM optional lip kit, not A-spec. A-spec is only available in Canada and the reason its labeled A-spec is because of the interior accents that differ from the regular type s or base model TLs. i.e body color matched headlights (blue or black) also interior trim on the steering column, seats, etc.

Yes, it's definitely the '02-'03 TL OEM body kit.

 

Why's it look so different tho? Cuz its all one color and lowered or is it just me haha

I'm curious you said it was all one color. The OEM body kit always has the same paint code as the TL it is on, unless some odd-ball owners decide to order a different color than the ones on their cars.

 

Mine are black and my cars silver lol I bought the car like 2 months ago haha from a smaller dealer

that means yours were either put on lazily by the previous owner without painting them, or they are aftermarket replicas of the OEM kit.

 

That just means the previous owner never had it painted to match.

 

Paint job will cost like 400 so its no biggy

 

So yeah I found out you can only get these pieces from Canada lol type s in.USA and type s in Canada have different body kits aspec is Canadian

 

they are the same kit no matter what country you go to...except maybe japan the inspire rear bumper is shorter which means shorter kit still the same style and shape though
