BTW, I have XPS that I had ceramic coated and have had no problems to date . . been on about a year.

Use the Search button on the TL side as well. I have had them for over a year and almost 80k no issues.

Which ones did you buy? If my XS ones dont come, I may just get the JVT headers.

 

I got some El cheapos.

They were like $100. When I get them, I'm cuting the flex pipes and replacing it with real pipe.

I got in contact with ssautochrome and xs power( same headers) via email and they said that it would be 30-60 days before another shipment came in.

 

i hope thats true, did u ask why they were held up?

Are XS headers any good?? and yes i have done a search and blah, blah, blah. So if you have any smart ass comments just keep them to your self, thanks. There has been some people that like them and many others that don't. If your going to buy XS headers then why not just buy some from ebay? it will almost cost the same...$ 130.00?? you get what you pay for.

 

Why not just buy them and see if you like them yourself? Everyones going to have their own opinion. For the price you mine as well just get them

I bought it from XSpower website about a month ago.
they sent me a shitty one.
It did not even fit.
Since I am in Korea, i had to custmize it, and cost me extra money.
I would go for DC header if i were you.

 

I Heard that xs is going out of business, don't know if its true or not but I have been calling them once a week to see if they have recieved any v6 tl headers in. They keep saying they will be in 30 days from now and now and now... haha I don't know

 

I was just wondering about the XS headers that's all. I have my eyes on the DC headers. But there on BACK ORDER . I ordered them already. I just have to sit back and wait till they come in .

 

I might just do that. I ordered my DC headers already, there just on back order . But for the mean time i was thinking about getting some XS just to try them out. And there on back order too.....Ill just wait for mine to come in.

Make sure they are the 3 bolt flange and not the 2.

 

seems like i got the last XS headers ever made

 

Installed mine yesterday (bought it off Craigslist). Noticeably louder when idling, and LOUDER depends on how far down you press your pedal. The low end and high end were noticeably stronger, too. I wonder how loud it'd be when I either do axle back or full cat-back (don't want it to be too loud). Install was a PITA!

1st off... Hi everyone (my first post). I'm trying to get XS headers because there 1/2 the price of the DC Sports (ceramic). I noticed that xspower.com and ssautochrome.com have the same telephone #'s. Anywhere else to find them? I have a '00 TL w/ Apexi SST catback and AEM V2 intake.

 

xspower & ssautochrome are the company damn near. They both ship out the same product.... I think that you should just get the DC headers mane. It's worth the money.
