oemacuraparts.com shows different part numbers but they appear to be identical .

Unless someone else pipes up who has tried it you's have to actually try it

( Which Year ) It appears the 02 and 03 TL and CL models are different, as the CL hood incorporates the grille, and the TL does not.

Just look at the CL and TL cars... Obviously not the same.
