the last i looked the $80 headers had 2 flex pipes, which apparently is bad (i dont know exactly why). they also have fitment issues. from what other members have been saying, DC headers are pretty good all around (fitment, life, power) and Comptechs are the best. some have had fitment issues with OBX too.

Flex pipes are there to allow (flex) for fitment issues. The fact that certain headers have two flex pipes tells you that they know they have SERIOUS fitment issues; and instead of fixing those issues, they just put another flex pipe in to compensate. The flex pipes are strained in those situations, and often develop tears or rips, which leak and sound bad.

I make minimum wage and still in college, so due to money constraints I'm probably going to give the ebay ones a try...unless someone else already tried it with bad results or have witnessed the fitment problems

it's just the ebay one's with 2 flex pipes give you 2 times the chance for leaks.
I have obx headers and they installed easy with no fitment issues.
I used the metal gaskets inbetween the headers and the heads not the ones that came with it.

DC over megan.
I've seen one flexpipe megans but, most sellers on ebay that say they are megans have 2 flex's.
A lot of people on here like the DC's
