Thinking about getting headers for my 03 tl type s. what is the best kind of headers to get and how much will it cost to get installed. I would do it myself but I don't have the equipment. Thanks

Comptech are the best ones but they are over 1000$. I got dc sport headers for 300$ and I'm happy with them. The gains are pretty much the same with all of them. I paid like 250$ to get mine installed

I'd also recommend DC Sports. They are now made out of T409 stainless steel and then ceramic coated. They are the best quality headers on the market next to CT-E (which is no longer available; at least for now).

Another vote for DC headers. I'm still running the original 2-bolt-flange ones, mild steel with ceramic coating. They still look pretty good and I don't have any leak problems. $350 = $100 for the install, back in November of 2006.

Another + for the DC headers. Price is right and product looks good. Just inspect the welds once they arrive.

I have the right to be mad, the headers are already installed and make a subtile but annoying sound (especially when slowly accelerating). Also, I can't get a new set b/c i have no warranty with DC Sports but with RaceInspired and anyways the leakage was heard AFTER the installation so... fml lol
This said, I noticed a very satisfying increase of the power of the car after installing the headers so I recommend them to everybody but hopefully you get GOOD pieces.

Autoanything probably will have best price on DC headers. Most people got them @336 and then used a 30 dollar coupon code so the total ends up at $306. Check it out.

I installed DC headers last week and I'm very satisfied with the performance increase. This said, there are very well hidden holes in the headers so I can hear an annoying noise caused by leaking... I recommend you inspect very well your DC sports headers if you decide to go that way!

I am very satisfied with mine to, and I also had holes in my set. Both the company I ordered them from and dc sports were very helpful in getting the problem solved.
