Thumbs down Header bolts no good

Brought DC headers late last year, installed them. So for the last few months I'm hearing a raddling underneath the car. Take to friends garage. Tells me two the three bolts stripped clean. No nuts or thread on the bolts. Bolts was smoothed as glass. Has anybody heard of this before? I'll try to post pics of the bolts later.

I tighten them. Or not tight enough. Dude told me bolt where cheap metal. So put stronger bolts on this time.

The thing I learned about headers is to check the nuts every month or two.

Your right. I change bolts & also add washers. No problems so far.

If installed properly with good bolts there is NO reason to do that.
