yeah, like Ice Man said, some guys have used the AV6 s/c and installed it in the TL-p, but i don't know what modifications it needed.

i think whether it's worth the money is something you have to answer for yourself. it's a tremendous increase in power but if you don't need it or your tight on cash to begin with then you might very well say it's not worth it. how conservatively do you drive? do you drive like a wildman? if you're an overly aggressive driver to begin with you may want to hold out, because the extra power will definitely get you into trouble. and keep in mind i don't mean any offense when i say that, but not being *that* far away from 16 myself i remember how i was behind the wheel of my first car. these days i have alot more self control.

in my opinion it's worth it for the power gains, but with that comes the installation bill and the higher gas bill, so it's a double-edged sword for lack of a better euphamism.

and yes they're quiet, but you will hear a whispy, sucking sound when it's running. not loud and obnoxious, but it's the signature sound of a supercharger.
