Question Type S floor mats

Hey. So, my fiancee has an '02 tl type s and I know he wants the genuine type s floor mats and I was searching online for them, but the only thing I've found are floor mats that say NSX. Can anyone help me out? Is anyone selling them or does anyone know where I can get a set?

I don't believe they produce them anymore. I was also interested in getting some with no luck. Let me know if you find any.

He has the year round rubber floor mats. He really wants the logo fabric floor mats, so I'm trying to find them for his birthday.

Been looking for the same exact ones. but the only ones you can find is the mats that say 3.2TL on it. they are like Hella expensive from the dealer. like $150 or so for the set. might be less. try looking on ebay to see if you can get a used set or a custom set made. i know a previous TLer was selling his custom made set. look in the black market section. i think he has front and rear for like $100 something. looks pretty sweet just a little on the high side for me. but very very nice if i could afford them id pick them up. good luck if i find a set before you do ill look out for another for your..

Wow. i wish a girl would buy me nice floor mats for my car. some girls these days say cars are a waste of money.

The stock mats aren't the type s specific ones. You can supposedly buy the ones that say type s...I just can't find them.

get the stock ones and have them embroidered. prob alot cheaper. and it should only take a day to do it. plus you can do some fun stuff with it and make it look really nice and custom.

I have an 02 TLS... and mine either say 3.2TL or Acura on them.... but I thought I saw in someones TLS they actually said Type S on them, and even if they didn't come from the factory (Which they should have been available in my opinion) then where did they come from!

I see you found the Type-S floormats for sale on the Private Trade forum. Make sure they fit your fiancee's car. Those mats don't fit my 03 TL-S but fits previous years.

i did find a set on the black market, but the guy hasn't responded, so i don't know what's up. also, i don't really want to go and get them embroidered cuz i'm afraid it won't turn out right.

The guy's car was totaled. He might not be visiting the forum as much any longer.

most of the embroidery places do all the work by computer. they just type in pick the color font and size and spot they want it and the computer does all the work.
