Chrome grill

The fake chrome on my grill is waring off. How much would it cost to get it actually chromed out.

you still can chrome plastic. i saw it on unique whips a while back. they chromed a foam mini foot ball. and they said that they can chrome anything.

it was like less than a hundred bucks to buy a new oem grill but i couldnt get an answer from anyone on how to change the strip on the hood.

I wouldnt waste my time or money. FOr the money you could buy a new one (depending on year and part needed for 25-45 bucks

the chrome hood molding on the 02-03 tls have 4 bolts that hold it on, that chrome molding is $55. wtf

i looked at the bottom of that piece and couldnt see any bolts.

look inside the molding, they are painted black, u might need a flash light, their is also a clip that holds it on when u take the 4 bolts out.
