I just bought a 02 TL type S from my friend and i think i want to add a body kit on to it. I've never done any modding and this is going to be my first car. Is it really tough to add a body kit by yourself?

 

No, it's very easy to install the OEM kit if you are even a little comfortable with tools and a little drilling.

 

Hardest part is going to be finding one.

 

no fuckin shit. and if you do find one that is an oem one not the fiberglass one they sell on ebay, be ready to shell out some dough and then a lil more to get it repainted your color.

now about body kits? don't get body kits. get lip kits. much better for our TL's unless u can pull off a damn sexy look with a body kit(probably part out your organs for it and limbs while your at it) lip kits are as follow. OEM or Wings West (WW) go search for another post on somebody who asked wats the difference, i posted links to show differences.. good luck!
