Blue Bulb On Highbeen Voltage!

Here is the Situation, I want to get the Blue Bulb for my HighBeem. Now i actually dont want the blue bulbs for the light but for the look. The bluish color from the highbeem lense looks really cool(at day time-Without the light on). IF any of You guys read my previous post of how my whole engine caught fire because of the blue beems i put on. I am Really Really Really scared of putting the bluebeems Unless its the same voltage as my regular high beem bulbs. Ive seen alot of 2002 TL's in the gallary with Blue Bulbs. I just wanna know the Voltage and where they got that voltage blue bulbs From . Thanx

I think it was 55 watts.

100 watts is a definite no.
