I went under the hood and checked it out and I cant even figure out how i would get the whole front light out is there an easier way to take out the amber bulb?

 

Your owner's manual shows you how to replace the turn signal bulbs. With a '99-'01, you have to peel back the plastic fender liner and reach in from behind the light. Maybe there's another way but that's basically what's in the owner's manual. I don't know if '02-'03s are different.

 

yea 99 its a bitch...u got small space to take it out from, with small hands its ez, ur 15, so u should be fine

No, you do not have to remove the lights. Just reach in from the fender well. I have an '02 TL-S, not sure what year yours is. Like was stated before, carefully pop out the plastic retainers and peel back the plastic liner. I say carefully because you will not be able to reuse them if they break. Actually unscrew them, then pop them out.

 

^^also turn tires all the way to right to open up more space to reach your hand in... .02
