It doesnt mean 32 valve on our car. It means something else. (think real hard ladies and gentleman)
32V = 3.2L engine with Vtec. Don't ask me why they did that, but that's what it means. There is a 2.5L version of the TL in Japan (Inspire / Saber) so the "32V" is the 'upgraded' engine (which is the same J32 engine we have in North America).

I mean, do you think that Navigation systems are nothing anymore...just because you can get them in a civic...or Toyota Prius? Or power windows? Keep in mind their are cars that still don't have alot of these options as standard. Look at the brightside...we have TORQUE!!!
