I can't remember the name of the company right now, but it's a well-known ECU programming company. They have a reflash available for our cars, but I'm not sure if that includes overriding the speed governor.

Other than that, the closest thing to it is the Apex'i RSM (Rev-Speed Meter) which can override governor settings, but it is not compatible with our cars.

Depends on what mods you have and whatnot. I'm purely guessing when I say that my car could probably hit 170+ although it would take a while to get up to that speed. But at those speeds, you have to start worrying about aerodynamics, suspension, tires, etc.

What speed are the stock TL-S tires rated for? I don't want to exceed that and bust my ass

W-rated tires, good for 149 mph. Hence the reason the governor is set at 147.

I don't know where I got W from. You're right. It is V-rated. But it is still 149 mph.
