No problem.
1) Use isopropyl acohol to remove the Zaino. Pour some on a clean white towel/cloth. Wipe the area with the alcohol. Let it dry. White off any residue.
2) Use white vinegar to remove the water spot.

3) Re-Zaino the area.

If i use Dawn to clean the car (usually do it twice) to remove all the older wax and/or zaino, then use white vinegar on a majority of the car, it shouldn't hurt right? My fathers black Tahoe is COVERED with waterspts from him bringing it to the car wash to have them detail it and for fathersday I was going to Zaino it.....whatta ya think?

Dawn will remove carnauba-based products, but it won't remove Zaino.
I would wash the car with Dawn and see if you can remove the water spots with the vinegar. If they won't come off, you'll have to do the alcohol first, then the vinegar.

Since the car is in San antonio, I have to wait a week to do it. Since my finace doesn't have a water hose at her apartment. I think I will take it to an automatic car wash. Then just use alcohol on the hood, then vinegar to remove the water spots. Then re-zaino the hood. does this sound right to everyone?

After the vinegar step, wash the car really well.
