Wrapped? Like a Christmas present?

Yes, warped rotors will cause the car to shake under breaking. Usually, if the shake is in the steering wheel, then it's the front. If you kind of feel the shake in your seat, then it's the rears.

cruising vibration- wheel balance or cv axle bearing
accelleration vibration- cv
braking SHAKE in wheel- maybe calipers failing
braking shake in pedal- maybe rotors
constant shake in steering wheel- whell balance and look for other worn out suspension parts.

..if you experience vibration at high speeds without pressing on the brake pedal, its most likely a defect in your tire and/or your ball joints may be bad. Just remember, there are both upper and lower ball joints on both sides, so if your gonna go get your car checked out, make sure they look over all the ball joints.

So this could be the caliper failing if it happens in the wheel under braking? I've been experiencing that lately and thought it may be my rotors up front are warped. I wonder if this is considered warranty if it's the calipers failing. I was just about to go buy some powerslot cyros for the front but now I may hold off on that.

It can be the rotors, especially if on OE rotors still- they are the warp masters
Many gen2 cars are finding the life limit of the calipers has been reached.
Check the brake pads for uniform wear - if its not- caliper prob is likely

My rears are brembo and fronts are OE. I'm gonna have a shop take a look after X-mas and if it's just the rotors I'll go buy some slotted ones for the front. If it's the calipers, do you have the part number for the Legend 2-pistons calipers you used on your TL?
