Wipers: Interval Setting?

Ok -- tell me if its my TL or all of 'em.

You turn the wipers on "Interval" position (first click.)

You turn the dial thingy to adjust the delay -- you turn it to the shortest delay. The wipers just come on as if you put it in the "1" (2nd click) "on" position. NO DELAY.

Is it a short/missing stop/etc. in my switch?

I know my TBird -- if you cranked it to the shortest delay --- there was still a slight slight delay... it was maybe like 1 second -- but sometimes that was just perfect

so anyhow, what about u?

Tommy: at the fastest intermittent setting, the wipers will work continuously if the car gets up to about 25 MPH or so, and will stay in continuous mode until you slow down to below 15 MPH or so.
