wings west spoiler vs. stock

I'm getting a TL type S this Friday and was wondering what you guys thought of the wings west flush spoiler vs. the stock. Oh btw i'm getting the WDP with factory body kit. Any input would be grateful.

Have you seen jw614's car. Have a look below. I have the W/W rear spoiler, I just need to get it painted and see how it looks on my SSM. It's gonna be either the W/W flush mount or nothing for me.

Have a look at the gallery's page 13, you will find a few more pics there.

yea i say get the WW flush mount!!!

I love it, i was gonna put it on, but i changed my mind on the bodykit .... I think it would look dumb if you had the spoiler without the bodykit.

I personally like the WW myself. Here's another topic that makes for good reading....

They both look good on the car with a body kit.

If you want a side by side comparison...Mr Hyde has the WW wing & bodykit on his ABP and I have the Factory wing & bodykit on my ABP...

Side by side rear view

If you can access the pics from the CT meet we had that Snook attended there are better ones there.

I personally like the WW spoiler. I have it on my car without the kit. I think it looks great.

But to be honest, its more of pain to get the WW put on. I bought mine from this site. I had to get it painted and then put on by my local body shop. It took them a few tries to match my paint as well as getting a good alignment on the trunk. The holes of the wings are suppose to match those of the OEM wing, but in my case it didn't. My Acura service did not want to have anything to do with my aftermarket wing.

Well we just had the stock spoiler put on (took the guy 15 minutes) and it looks great w/o ANY hassles whatsoever.

Next stop...upgraded wheels/tires and finally the body kit. Hopefully the next mod won't take 6 months to get

Gilbert!!! your getting my caaar!! :p Are you getting parchment or ebony interior?

See, I wanted the WW, but alot of my friend's hate it... then I looked at the stock...not bad not bad....so I'm very confused. I might just get the stock spoiler to roll around for now. Then upgrade in the future...and keep both whenever my mood changes...HAHAH!!!

Getting the parchment. For some reason I can't see myself with the ebony. But yeah my friends are confusing me too, personally I'm in love with WW, but it doesn't come painted? How much is it to paint one of those suckers? And also will I be able to add one later if I get the stock now?

Why do you call your TLs An SSM? The SSM was the name for the prototype S2000.
