Light comes on..figure low on fluid. Put in a gallon..light stays on. WTF
Also my side airbag light is coming on regularly WTF

 

Not sure about your washer fluid light not going off after you put more in.. I'm sure its nothing more than a simple sensor inside your fluid tank thats not registering that you have more fluid in there. As for your side airbag light, if you have someone or something leaning up against it.. it will go off and stay on until that someone or something has leaned off of it.

 

yeah i would say its just the sensor for your fluid. take it back to the dealer and ask them whats wrong

 

ASK the service manager AND parts desk if there is a common thing that goes out on that year
Its not worth 150 bucks to have them tell you it needs a new res sensor!
Do a little trouble shooting- do the sprayers work?

If its the main SRS light- thats a special warranty issue

 

SRS light on could simply mean that fuse was pulled, or circuit opened w/out battery being disconnected.....

 

we need to know WHEN the side airbag light comes on- if its when a buddy is in the car leaned against window, or has the seat layed way back - that will do it!
or you carry stuff in the passenger seat- that will trip the weight sensor
Have a read of the owner manual on how the system works- its designed to save passenger from injury if not seated correctly or too light- like a child

 

does the 2000 tlp have the washer fluid light? ive never seen it.

 

only canadian versions do.

 

my usa 01 has it- check your owner book for details- thats where I found the specs on capacity- canuks hold over a gallon!!!
