I'm look for pics of a TL with Blue window tints. I've tried the search function with no luck (even after wading through tons of threads). Perferably I'd like to see it on a AGP TL-S (since that's what I have)

My reasoning for it is everyone tints their windows black it seems, I'd like to go with something different. I'd just hate to spend $100 on blue tinting film just remove it and go black.

 

Have never seen a TL with blue tint before but I will say this, it will attract the police like no other when u have such a color that stands out. Especially for tint, I see ur in rhode island, I dunno what the law is over there but anything in the front in CA is illegal. I'd say just go black...

Oh..i saw a orange colored CL with orange tint before but she had it only on her rear windows and nothing on the driver/passenger windows and it didn't look right. The tint match to the paint was perfect but that's pretty much asking for trouble especially since I could see it a mile away.

 

I have seen red cars with red tint and also it didnt look right, any other color than black it will attract too much attention.

you want attention but you dont want too much attention.

 

Go 20% (black) on your AGP - I did and love it.

 

Blue tints???

I'd recommend tried, and true, classy black tints.

 

Thanks for all the advice. I guess I'll go ahead and order 35% blacks all around (I'd do 20%, but that's well beyond legal in RI and I live next to a police station) next payday

 

the only colored tint that i have seen that looked good on a car was a yellow NSX with very light yellow tint. i wish i would have had a picture

 

if you have a black interior do the 35% and it will look dark enough. If you have tan i'd say think about the 20% but in RI no matter what tint you have its illegal. But i've had 35% tint on my NBP with black interior and haven't had any trouble with teh law yet and its been a good year now. THe only thing your going to have trouble with is RI state inspection, any "reputable" inspection station will not pass your car if it has tints that are not factory or that where not there the last time it was inspected.

Actually, we could get together and go to a tint shop together if that'd be a good idea for you.. I know if several reputable ones in RI and MA

 

i have it on my NBP.

 

tints tints tints, i love the tints, its tint guys, tints isnt a word, and go with black, anything else doesnt look good imo
