Did anybody have their window regulator replaced on 2001 TL+ ?

I got 2001 CL, and had my regulator was replaced under warranty on both driver's and passenger's side. It fixed the problem, but it looks like I might need to complain again.... ( the problem is back after 7 month only)

Basicly my driver's window shakes and jerks on the way down only.... its not nice and smooth as it used to be, pissed me off every time I open a window and hear/see this shaking....
