Window bubble repair

Hi,

I got this bubble on my rear right window black gross (tape) tirm. I am out of warranty, so I am looking to have it repair, because it is getting bigger. So does anyone know if this piece is replacable and how much will take likely to charge me. I am in Toronto. Please do give me some feedback. Thanks =)

Check your insurance policy. If you have comprehensive coverage, you probably have around a $50 deductable. Any auto glass place will replace it, and most will even pay your deductable. Your rates do not go up for comprehensive
