Window bubble repair

Hi,

I got this bubble on my rear right window black gross (tape) tirm. I am out of warranty, so I am looking to have it repair, because it is getting bigger. So does anyone know if this piece is replacable and how much will take likely to charge me. I am in Toronto. Please do give me some feedback. Thanks =)

Check your insurance policy. If you have comprehensive coverage, you probably have around a $50 deductable. Any auto glass place will replace it, and most will even pay your deductable. Your rates do not go up for comprehensive

how about the dealership.
do you know how much they will charge to fix it and how long it will take.
