will these work?

Looking to buy some rims on a budget. I know you you get what you pay for, but I can't justify spending 1K-3K for high quality rims right now. Anyhow will these work? I know they have a +42 offset. I called the vendor and they said it would be fine since it's only a 16" wheel. By the way I am lowered on H&R sport springs.

Also does anyone have any info on R-1 Racing wheels looking at the gtr-4's

Dont bother with 16's. You will love them at first, since they are new rims, but once you start looking at other people's cars with bigger rims, you're gonna end up wanting to get better ones. Just save up.

Well, the thing is I really really really needed to get rid of the stock michelin's about a month ago. So I have new Yoko's avid v4s'. I did not want to have to buy another set of 17" or 18" tires since these are brand new. Before you say use the 16's as a winter wheel, the winter's here in Atlanta are not bad enough to be swaping rims/tires.

Any info on the R-1 racing wheel gtr-4's ???

I want bigger tires. But gotta justify why I just bought new tires and why am I going to take them off and spend all this other money for another setup to the wife. Instead of dealing with that headache I will just settle for a nice pair of 16's. All opinions are greatly appreciated.

JPUT, sorry about that. I cleaned my in box and sent you a PM

those rims look really nice but 16's are just too smal for our cars... 17's are definately the way to go!

Any info on the R-1 racing wheels? I have searched to see if there was a TL with them on but came up with nothing. I called a distributor of R-1 locally and he said they have either a 40,42 or 45 offset (he didn't sound like he new much about the wheel. Remember I have a H&R sport drop. here's a photo of them.
