Post Which will make my car stand out most?

Sorry if discussed before, but which would make my car stand out even more? Comptech springs or spoiler? I am debating...please help a newbie out. I hear springs, but does it really make a difference?

Wink

If you really want it to stand out paint it yellow... as far as I'm concerned the less visible you are to cops the better off you are...

Big Yellow Racing Stripe, that is offset. Pink Fuzzy Dice on the rear view mirror. And get at least 5 fake antennas.

BUT, if you got the cash, suspension and Rims.

Thanks guys, but one mod at a time. Rims are definitely in the future, but if I purchase rims, then I would also get tires. But for right now, between spoiler or springs, which would make my car stand out? Thanks again!

Just make sure you're not in a no-"standing" zone.

Man, some of you guys are crazy!!! It's all good though. Thanks for the feedback. I recieved several estimates to have springs put on. Anywhere from $130 - $200. I know some people said that they put them on themselves, but I am not trying to do that. Is those estimates pretty fair? Dealer wanted...well ya know...dealer price!!! Rip off city. Thanks,

How about putting a big sticker in the front???
BPA like they do in PR. Of course 13" rim would be hot

Put one of those Double-Decker shopping car spoilers!

but seriously, I think that the body kit and lowering it would have the most impact.

$200 is decent. Probably won't get it down too cheap, because they will see that you drive a fairly expensive car.

Spoilers are dime a dozen! Every other car has a spoiler, from Civics to Camrys to domestics! A lowered car will stand out more.

I tried that once, but its hoof went through the sunroof. It also lactated all over the hood, so now I got the stinky dried milk smell. So now I can't put down my windows while I'm driving or it stinks like bad milk. That is why hotdogs come in packages of 10 and hotdog buns come in packages of 8.

Springs.... it enhances both appearance and performance.

On the other hand, a spoiler will add *some* weight to your car when our TLs are not even RWD. While adding a spoiler will add some appearance value to your TL, there are many non-car enthusiast TL owners with spoilers. But most of them do not lower their TL. So, if you're debating b/w those two options, I'd say springs.

It's really up to you. If you really want to "stand out"... rice-out your TL and it will stand out. How'bout a tipple decker metal sheet spoiler?

Exclamation

If you go with springs, the lower you go, the more you'll stand out. Slam it to the point where your tires tuck behind your fenders. A car that low will get noticed
