So I just recently noticed that there's very light white smoke blowing from my ac vent when the ac is on
Does anybody know what could be causing this?

This happens to me when it is real hot and super humid outside. It is just the cold air interacting with hot and humid cabin temperature. Its been happening to me a few times this week. Not sure what your problem could be. Good luck

In Hawaii- the inter island jets are exposed to high humidity and rapid heating and cooling cycles during their 20 minute flights
When they open the door the overhead ac vents begin pouring out white vapors...
alarming tourist,, but locals walk right thru it

when its really hot or humid- I find it helps to cycle the ac- turn it off a few minutes and allow the vents to dry out, the frozen piping to defrost etc while driving
It never really gets to 68 in the car anyway when its 100 out
and switc from recirc to fresh now and then
constant recirc makes it reuse the same inside air over and over, not good for your health

i always keep it at 60 with full fan speed and recirc on, my windows always fog up on the outside, hence why you might see me using the wipers on a day its not raining. i like an icebox. but yet i never have white smoke coming out of my vents.

gold is an excellent example of why you need to read the operator-owner book and give the ac a rest now and then
60 setting doesnt make it blow any colder any faster- just keeps it on constantly as there is no way its going to cool the cabin that well in 100 temps
68 gives it a chance to rest occassionaly- 70-72 and it might even get an honest temp based shut off cycle!
change your cabin filter if running fan on 5 all the time
and replace the blower fan connector wire with the new extended length one,, to prevent connector failure- burning- FIRE!
