Where do you guys keep your umbrella?
Or better yet, do you have any suggestions about how not to drip it everywhere when I'm getting inside the car from the rain. I really hate that feeling of getting the armrest, steering wheel, and passenger seat wet as I fling the umbrella over. I wish we had one of those umbrella holder things in the inside of our door.

umbrella holder? if you have a compact one, it should fit nicely into the little side pocket on the door under the armrest with the window buttons on it..

Trunk. Trunk popper on the remote makes it easy to open up in a hurry, and I don't have to worry about nailing my car with it while opening/closing the thing.
I hate keeping ANYTHING in my cabin. I've got the manual in the glovebox, and a cigarette lighter and parking permit in the console, and that's it.

I have it on the sun-visor, or hook it on the rear view mirror....j/k.
I would lay it on the floor when it is wet. In winter, I put it anywhere that I think it is easy to get to it, and in the trunk for no raining season. I save the door pockets for other good stuffs.

'''''''' I hate the umbrella in the car . In a heavy rain , I open the door as I,m fold'in the umbrella and throw it down into the driver's side foot well.
I hate gett'in the seats , wheel and consol wet. I keep an absorbant cloth
in the consel compartment to wipe down the seats etc. Hate ta see water
on them . Also have a wipe down of the inside of the door and window buttons when I pull up for a coffee or something. Have ya noticed when the window is down a few inches , water falls directly on the power window buttons. OH , BEFORE I drive of I make sure the umbrella is shoved back towards under the seat , well away from the peddles.

The problem with that is, if you have a system in the trunk chances are it wont go through that hole and if it is that small, what good is it.
I tuck the handle of mine inbetween the passenger seat and the console and it is long enough to go the front of the car under the dash so it doesnt have to be messed with unless someone moves the seat.

actually, i've seen clear plastic bags for wet umbrellas. this has worked awesome for me. i don't know where to buy them, but the local academy sporting goods store here has them as you walk out of the store. so you just take however many you want. i got a few just to keep on hand.
