I have had my 2002 TL-S for 7 days, 1500 miles and I have yet to see anyone else in Maryland or D.C. with one. I did see 1 CL-S, on Rt. 66W one day getting off of work but that's it. So now I am starting to fell priveleged. Any Brotha's out there with TL-S give me a holla. We have to hookup one day at Haines or Anacostia Park and hang.

Welcome to this forum Nate579:
I don't drive such a powerful car as your new 260HP TL Type-S. But I do dive a pretty respectable 2000 Black/Ebony/Navi TL with 225HP. Back in the day the 2000 TL was tops in her class. I felt priveleged to be driving one as I still do. There are still not many around here with OEM factory bodykit & spoilers like I have. When I got my 2000 in late 99 the Type-S wasn't even a wet dream. I have seen a few new boys around town. I have been to a few of the TL/CL meets in the area. I live here in DC. Nortwest to be exact.

That's cool, I am a former Maxima/Infinity man. I can afford the usual Bimmer, Lexus and Merc's. But they are a dime a dozen, I like to be different and Acura TL's a difinetely for a different breed. We welcome all TL drivers New or Old S or Non-S.
