Exclamation Where to buy cheap halogen low beam bulb????

I got a 99 TL. Its front right headlight low beam only has burnt out. Dealership is asking around $150 for the part alone. Local autozone wants like $125. Where can I buy the halogen low beam bulb only for a great price????

Also is there a part number so I know I am getting the right thing?

Thanks

Our low beams are HID not Halogens.

And you'll need 4300k D2R bulbs. You can search ebay for them. Or check with our vendors.

I googled "4300k D2R bulbs" and the first link was

http://www.kbcarstuff.com/Philips_43.../pb-d2r-4k.htm

Would that be what I need? Is this product what I want? I dont want to replace the other because it is fine not pink or anything. So would this be the closest oem part so they the lighting looks similar?

You should always replace them as a pair.

You can search ebay for Philips 4300k D2R.

got a complete HID kit for like 70 bucks on ebay, it works for me. 5000k and brand new ballasts and igniters, just a little custom work to get them to fit. drilled a hole in the back cover and a little silicon. no leaks.

i figured why spend a 100 bucks on bulbs, i could get a whole kit for 75. plus my one ballast died so it would have had to been replaced anyways.

I had a friend that bought a pair / kit of HId's for like $100 the ballast was small and compact and they were waterproof he actully put the bulb while lit in water and he thought he got a GREAT deal untill on ballast burnt out in 3 months and the other a week later!

Yeah If i where to do it again I would go for 5000 instead of 6000 if I can do it again.. The 6000 is not really enough light its OK but I think 5000 would help alot.! But 8000 u r not gonna see anything!
