fog light mod problem

hey i just did the fog light mod (alternate version) the one when you dont have to have the parking lights on you can have just the fog lights.. and when i started my car, my check engine light came on and my srs light, and they dont go away they stay on.. but everything feels fine, so should i jus reset my ecu and see if they go away?

for the ecu, pull the clock fuse on the passenger side and leave it out for 5 min. or so. there is a diy on the srs light - try using speaker wire instead of the paperclip suggested in the thread. don't get discouraged - it will take a few tries to get the timing right.

it will reset the ecu light - yes. if it comes back on, you have a problem with something else.
