Ho-ley-sh!t.
Astro, first off, that is the sweetest TL in the world. no one has sh!t on you.
The car is very sellable. The only thing your going to run in to problems with, if someone wants to buy it, is the audio system, shaved door handles and the custom flame job. You have like 25G's in mods, most of that looks to be in the audio system. Trying to find someone that will take the car with the system will be hard, you might have to part it out. Enthusiasts love to make the car their own, so the custom flame might get in the way for the new owners "unique touch". Same thing with the shaved handles.
BUT if you could find someone to take it as is, i wouldent go less than 45K. I know its a big loss, but you know how much custom mods and audio equipment depreciate.
Dude, i gotta say again, that thing is unbelieveable. My favorites are the brembo big brake upgrade and the paint job. Damn, you rock.

Please know I'm not trying to flame you...I hope you have built custom cars before, and had this experience...
You are gonna have a hard time unless someone either crawls out from under a rug with some serious CASH in hand, or someone in the car business/stereo business buys it as a business expense...
I was IN LOVE with bling_bling girl's car until I've seen this (and where have I missed out on this the last four months)! It is a seriously phat ride. Seriously...
But you can't finance custom cars like this and most people into them are younger and lacking the essential element: CASH. Stereos and mods depreciate faster than anything but custom paintjobs...
In a way, not only do your mods depreciate, but they further depreciate the overall value of the car...If you have no stereo or engine mods, you'd have a hard time selling the car with reverse emblems, shaved handles and the paint for even $22k but some kid would have enough cash to offset himself to maybe get you $27k or so...
If you leave it as is, I think it will be rough getting you even $40k unless you find someone rich and really interested or the aforementioned business searching for a niche. You do have the fact that in Canada, people may be willing to take the car as is in the states since it likely hadn't been seen "around here" before...
If seriously selling, try to get it in a publication like Car Audio, Sport Compact, etc. and let them know your willing to "start a new project and part ways" with this one on top of the other custom car registries and internet stuff...
Good luck!
ps--If I win the lotto this week, I'll go ahead and take it off your hands for $55,000!

Damn Astro.. say it isn't so!!
Well, if you really are selling it... you'll be hard pressed to find someone to pay over $30k unless you get lucky and find a real import enthusiast. Only a true enthusiast would appreciate your car's real value.

Just a beautiful ride and everyone here knows it. But I will have to agree with everyone here that it is going to be hard for you to sell it since you have customized pretty much everything inside out. Maybe putting everything back to stock as much as possible?
Astro, I'm not going to sit here and kiss your ass by telling you that your car is awesome. It's a simple fact that your car is breathtaking, and almost any human being will agree. The only problem is, that in the world of aftermarket customization, parts cost money, and there is little or no return on investment. It's not like customizing a house which would increase value, no quite the contrary, all the awesome work you have done will actually do the opposite and make the car less valuable to a potential buyer. I hate to tell you this, but you have no choice but to part out the stereo, have a body shop re-install the door handles, and repaint the car white again. Then maybe, someone will give you some cold hard cash. Otherwise, don't kid yourself in thinking that anyone in their right mind, even a die hard import enthusiast, is gonna want to throw down over 40K for a USED Acura TLS. People with the kind of cash that you would like to receive are gonna look at new and stock bimmers, benzes, audi's etc, not tricked out to the max acuras.
I agree with most of these guys......you've invested alot into this car but when it comes down to it, it'll be hard to find a buyer for it , not that there arent any out there, but who is going to spend that kind of $$ on a TL (even with all those mods)? You car appeals to the younger generation and there arent too many kids out there that can fork up that kind of cash.
You may find a car enthusiast who will buy the car to use for car show purposes, but that's not a car that someone would want to use for everday driving.
I do have a question though- Assuming that you do enter car shows... how much money have you put into the car and how much money have you recovered from winning competitions, etc.?
