I set mine to auto and 69 deg in the day, 70 at night. When it's especially humid or smelly outside, I turn on the recirculation. When it's really hot, turn on the simultaneous top/bottom vents to keep my legs cool.

I have ebony interior and it warms up quite a bit even though the A/C sensor thinks the air is cool.

About 68 in the winter, 72 in the summer.

It may seem odd to have the temperature set HIGHER in the summer, but the fact is the full auto climate control works VERY well in my car (probably because of the tinted windows). So the most comfortable temperature setting depends on what I'm wearing: short-sleeved shirts rt and possibly shorts in the summer mean that a setting of less than 70 would be too chilly, while in the winter wearing a sweater makes a low-fan 68 about as high as it should go.

I really like the climate control in the TL, especially the way it automatically goes to high fan/internal circulation when it's really hot or cold on startup. It takes about 2 minutes to get the car to a comfortable temperature and then it kicks down to a normal fan setting, and I don't have to touch a thing.

In the summer, 68 when I get in the car, then usually within about 10 minutes, up it to 70/71 when it gets comfortable.

I don't know about the winter. I forget.

I leave it between 70 and 72 and recirculate (Allergies). Fan speed is left on auto. It's hot and humid in NC this time of the year, but between the WDP and the AC capacity, no problem.

I have it set on 66 auto mode when I start the car up.
Then I push it up to 72 after it cools down.

Hmm, I should seriously consider tinting to keep the heat out in the summer.

I keep mine right around 70-72 on Auto. My "Auto" chooses outside or inside air depending on the temp. If I manually choose it, it goes to manual and Auto shuts off.

I normally keep mine at 70 full auto unless my car has been in the sun then I set it to 60 until it cools off.

I've noticed that auto mode automatically turns on/off recirculation. Based on what, I dunno.

recirculate recycles the inside air and cools the car down faster instead of having to recool outside air, once it is cool down the switched to outside air and the 'recirculate' light goes off.

It's pretty warm in MS so I keep mine on 62. I'm hot natured and normally wear long sleeve shirts. I have the black with parchment interior and my car blows snowballs but I have to keep the sunshade closed. In the winter I had it set mostly on 75. Always full auto, baby.

It's like that in my TBird----Winter time---I have it on like 68 or so and I'mi warm sometimes... summer I have it usually 72, but sometimes I get cool enuff I put it up to 74.

One thing Ford actually engineered nicely into my car (OMG!!) lol
is that theres this small vent about 4inches wide and 1inch high---its like a cylinder shape and you can aim it upward more or downward more--anyhow whenever you have JUST vents on -- that one small vent comes on too. It's nice in the summer with the A/C --cool air on my face and a slight bit down towards my legs... luv it.

66 to cool in summer, then 70 when it has cooled down.
76 in winter to warm it up, then 72 when it has warmed.

Weird habit... I can't bring myself to set in an odd number on the temperature, only evens.
