I jacked up my car today and noticed a little leak. i do not know what part it is, or called...can someone please help??

it is above the rack and pinion. the oil is coming from some boot or cover of some sort, it is very loose on there and i dont know if it suppose to be or not.
and i do not know what part the boot is covering.

oh by the way i have a 02 TL type-s

hard to tell from the pic, but is it a motor mount?

 

try cleaning all that area with an engine cleaner and pressure wash it, might be easier to tell if it is in that area or if it is leaking down to that area.
the front and rear motormounts are liquid filled.

not a motor mount then. clean it up and keep an eye on it. how's the ps fluid looking? level?

 

Is it fluid or just a grease? Thats part of the rack. Only fluid that could come out of there is PS fluid. Is your level ok? Wipe it down and keep an eye on it. If ti doesnt leave spots and your level is ok im not sure i would be too concerned about it
