What oil to use?

What oil to use?
I am getting ready to change the tranny oil, what should I use? I was thinking Amsoil?

thoughts?

Your going to get flamed with the "Use the search button" as this is a heavily discussed topic

Most use M1 and Amsoil. I use both with 10K+ change intervals
