My brother and I are working on my car and noticed this plug. Does anyone know where it goes?

it's in that general area but there isn't a place for it to plug into the fuse box

 

wow, since it's been a long time since I've had this car up and fully running, I didn't realize it went INSIDE the fuse box. According to the service manual, it's the ELD module? I'm guessing that's right because my ELD codes went away once I plugged this in.

Now to troubleshoot the fan problems (you can see my jumper wires where I use the fans manually).
