after 3 and a half weeks, i am finally getting my car back~!!!

if you guys remember, my rear was very bad, but the job on the car is excellent, can't even tell there was an accident b4!!!

well, one of my new gunmetal wheels, however was scretched up a little bit due to the bumper pushed towards the wheels, but it was very minor and can't notice until a feet away

the owner of the body shop said will polish the wheel for me next time when i bring in the body kit/spolier to paint

they have put on a new exhaust and mufflers, which i think the car is more responding in high rpm...maybe coz they are new???

they removed the battery during repair so the memory seat is disconnected for some reason and the radio was rest, but that is no big deal. i will get it fixed next time.

i took my car to wax and polish right away since the interior was not too clean, esp the leather seats, so paid 200 dollars for ext/int triple coat wax and it's like all brand new without a spot!!!

the guy at the polish store thought it's a new car!!! LOL

body kit and spoilers are on the way, stay tuned for some cool pictures~


just to let you know, the final bill of the car came at 7000 dollars

 

I just bought a set of OEM body kit + spoiler

painted and installed for less than 800 dollars!!!

i was trying to quote around in Toronto area and it was at least 1800-2500 for just the parts, the price is much higher coz of the tax in Canada.

saw a set of OEM body kit on ebay, it's color in mismatch so it's so cheap. the buy it now price is 650 shipped

then bought a replica OEM unpainted spoiler for 135 shipped ....both of them are in Canada so i save huge on the custom duty!!!

the body shop owner will paint and install the body kit/spoiler FREE!!! that's becoz i gave the car him to fix...save up 1000 bucks at least~ hehe

can't believe that i can get these for so cheap~ yes yes~

Typically you should wait a few weeks after a new paint job before putting wax on it. Did your bodyshop guy ok a few caost of wax so soon?

 

when i got my bumper painted....he said i could wash it the same day, but not to wax for 3-4 days.

it has been painted on monday, so i assume it's fine
