I have a WDP TL, and am wondering the visible difference between my WDP and the taffeta white color. yes, i'm trying to be cheap and look into putting a taffeta white body kit on, but only if the color is very very close to WDP.

Taffeta White is really different from White Diamond Pearl. But... the WDP OEM kit will most likely be slightly off from the WDP on your car.

I have WDP. Look at my WDP OEM kit... if you look carefully, the color is slightly off.



WDP has a problem of changing color over time (probably from Sun and weather)

Taffeta White OEM kit on a WDP car will be even worse than the color mismatch between WDP OEM kit and a WDP on the car.

 

LOL, oh yea...you can tell the difference in the sun. Although it was sold to me as WDP.

your best bet is to look for used WDP bodykits, they will match the body better than anything. trust.

Well, I did buy a brand new Taffeta White spoiler online for 100 bux but decided it didnt look or feel quite right so I had it repainted to WDP to match.
