vent visor types?
anyone have any suggestions on vent visors? are the in channel ones better then the ones that just stick on from the outside? on my prelude, i had the ones that you have to stick on from the outside, had to replace the adhiesive tape once in the year that i had them. any links where i can buy these?

there are only two made for our cars.
weathertech or honda access, honda access being the favorite.
i used to have weathertech's and i didn't like them at all, it just didn't flow well because they were in channel and they only made a darker shade.
honda access on the other hand sits on the outside, held by clips and tape. you can get these at heeltoe, www.heeltoeauto.com

just ordered the honda access vent visors... should get them in a month or 2. thanks everyone for your help with my decision.
KobeAllDay, my TL is dropped now nothing too crazy tho, only an inch in the back and 1.5 in the front. i want to lower it another half inch in the front to get rid of a little more of the wheel gap. the rear looks nice tho, no wheel gap at all. the front has about an inch of gap

Madness, what brand springs did you use? I bought my car used and it had Tein H-Techs installed. Thinking of either cutting a dead coil off or swappin to the S-Techs. Although I might just get the Koni Neuspeeds w/ the adjustable spring perch..

I have tein H tech springs, i like them because its not to harsh of a ride, cant really notice the difference from the stock springs. plus in the city i live in, they have vehicle inspections units out and appearntly we're not allowed to modify the suspension on our cars. so the tein h tech was a good way to go, the wheels dont tuck but theres hardly any gap

Oh, ok. Cool. Back on topic, I ordered my Honda Access visor through Heel Toe quite awhile back. Waited 10 months to receive, but well worth the wait. IMO, they look and flow better than the Weathertech units...as the Weathertech's turn down and act like a water and wind scoop...

you waited 10 months to receive something??? thats bananas!,,, they should have refunded half the money.. it sucks vent visors are so hard to find for our cars though, i love those things but im not willing to spend over 100 on plastic that costs about 50$ for every other car..

Yeah, it was a long time..but from what Marcus said, Honda of Japan pretty much sends what they want to send, regardless when it was paid for... but well worth the wait and I LOVE THEM
