I admit that Mike's customer service could be more prompt - but I have never heard that he intentionally tried to rip somebody off. There are lots of people who have ordered from Mike and are happy with their purchases. I want everyone to hear the positive side of this story coz it's not fair to be judge someone based on a few complaints.
