When I did my grill, I got lots of question about how I did it. I regretted not taking any pics to help explain the process. Well, I just finished a similar grill for my bro's 99 Accord coupe this weekend and I took some pictures for any of you who are interested. The two grills are very similar and the process for doing the TL grill was almost identical.

Where'd did oyu get that mesh grill material?? I like how the holes are bigger than the gutter guard stuff. Great Job and nice wheels by the way!!

For the paint and primer I used Rust-o-leum Professional that I got at Lowes. I don't remember the exact name of the epoxy, but it's called something Steel and comes in a 4" tube that you just cut and knead together like PlayDoh. PepBoys should have it.
