question i got a 2001 cls and i think that in the fall im goin to upgrade to the 2003 tls nav, in white pearl **** looks hot , good idea, or just keep the 2001 cls???? what would you all do?

Get the TL. You should have gotten a TL in the first place.

ya i know, i shouldve gotten the tl but not much i can do now, i went back to the dealer and they had a white pearl, white the tan interior , damn looked so good, w/nav onstar all the toys. i was goin to go crazy and do everything possible to the cls , but now i think im just gonna wait and trade in for the 03 tls, althought i also heard that they are redoin the 04, totally different look anyone else heard that?

 

It's very simple!

If you want 2 door coupe --> stay with CL-S
if you want 4 door sedan --> go with TL-S

 

 

Definitely get the TL-S but wait until the redesign. If you don't like the new redesign then you can get the 2002 TL-S cheaper than if you get it in the fall now.

 

now it is more of an even choice because they both have type s variants. if only the cl had the type s when i bought my car it would have been a tougher choice.

 

our should i just say fluck it and wait 2 years and go and get a m3 white, w/red leather, hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

there was a sweet silver m3 at the bmw dealership i drove by today. it is one seriously good looking car.

but then again..its gonna change in sep 2003 ...so maybe just wait

 

or if you want a 4dr coupe then find a good body shop ... how hot would that be a cl with suicide doors

 

TL for sure . Time it right so that you get the better looking one .

 

With that kind of $$$$, I would buy something better car!
