Yesterday while I was driving home I saw a silver TL with the ugly ass body kit! I forgot what that body kit is called but its the one that looks super ghetto, with like mesh grille on the rear and stuff. I seriously cannot believe anyone would like that...

 

Need pics for this thread..... it wasn't the WW kit was it??? I don't like that one but I don't think it was the one you saw.. Alot of people like the WW one, it's just not my style, looks too aftermarket in my opinion.

I think its the same car! I actually saw it in Monterey Park, on Garfield going towards Alhambra. It is an ugly ass body kit seriously... :yack:

Last time I checked this was a "PUBLIC" forum..people are only stating their opinion. That Sarona kit is ugly and takes away the luxury appeal of our cars. Would you rock that kit on your car?

yes thsiao it was probbaly me you saw and i know lots of you guys dislike the way my TL looks which is ok with me, i got this kit custom made bak in 99, and also the fact that i didnt want to look like every damm TL on the road, With the same oem or ww kit.

 

i like the sarona kit, except for the obscenely large ass...everything else looks cool i think, i like the mesh grilles

 

hey man i gotta give you props for trying something different. it's not really my cup of tea, but at least your car doesnt look like every other TL with the oem or ww kit, like you stated.

also it's nice to see that you dont go all crazy over people's opinion.. we definitly need more member like you here

I think fixedtl deserves some credit for doing something out of the ordinary. everyone has their own unique tastes.
