Theres a many reasons for seeing few TL big meets.

1. Most of the people ( kids ) who buy the VW, can't afford TL's let alone maintain them.
2. Millions of VW produced and thus go to used car market where the kids can afford them. I don't think the TL is ever hit the 500,000 production mark.
3. Most of the TL's are owned by the older genertaions who don't care about these meets. Even then, the owners keep the cars.
4. TL was un-popular for the first gen.
5. Give it some 3-4 years and the TL meets will get big.

I can see your point that the TL's population is mostly the older generation but at the same time, if you ever went to a BMW meet...same day as the VW and Acura meets, same place too...a lot of 5 series were there and the majority of the drivers were in their 40-50! I guess I can't expect the TL meets to get real big but I know there are a few TL owner out there around my age. Everyone is all talk they want to go and complain when is the next meet..blah blah blah. I posted on who wanted to meet on Tuesday night and I got NO responses.

hahahaha very funny, I just dont think that a TL site is place for a jetta lover to come on and just talk shit for no reason. there are obvious pros and cons for every car, we all like the TL and thats why we drive one and are on this site, a random VW owner wont add any value to the site, especially after looking at his first post.

Eric I suggest you dont allow trollers to use your account again, and you definitely better not invite any more to our forums. This is a TL site, not a Jetta site, and threads like this by them here are as welcome as we would we be if we sent trollers to their sites.

P.S. Check out the background; no need to convince me of anything. I like my TL-S just fine.
