Type-S Gauge Cluster

Will 1 from a 2002 bolt in and wire up with my 99? I realize the VSA, red-line, etc. is different but I want to know if the lighting, speedo, odo, gas, tach, maint. reqrd (all the essentials basically) will work ok. I can live with the other bullshit not working...

Do the needles just pop off easily so that I can change the faces? Doesn't that f up the calibration? How about you guys that did the indiglo mod? What's the deal?

Don't even think about messing with needles. Lots of members had bad experience with calibration. Indiglo gauge just overlays over the current gauge surface.

How would you wire the gauges though? If you are overlaying the needles where would you wire the wires from the indiglo?
