The only real difference is the red Type-S logo...

You really should search just a weeee bit longer, or harder, or phone a friend...

that takes care of that Faizalstar

but one more thing, I test drove TL-p and TL-s before buying, and the S perforated seats hold you in your seat better imo, also the suspension is a little tighter, and feels overall like a more sporty handling car.

and don't forget about those white face guages

VSA, Torque-sensing steering system, interior upgrades such as perforated leather seats and inserts in the door panels, white-face gauges, Type-S shifter, more horsepower through tuning and upgrades, tighter suspension, 17" wheels and tires, etc.

Actually a buddy of mine has an 03 TL Type S and his seats aren't perforated? Anyone? He gets jealous when he sees mine! And yes, it IS a REAL Type S.

Also, the Type S comes with the distinction of having kids try to try off the badge to put on their own 1993 Civic Type S. The kids claim Honda just forgot to put it on from factory.

someone must have swapped his seats out and put tl-p seats in cuz Type-S should have perforated.

Not all TypeS comes with perforated leather inserts on the door panels. My 02 has the cutain style leather . I believe that you get the perforated leather inserts on the 03 Type S.

Non-perforated leather for me. Perforated leather works only on the seats and steering wheels.
