Transmission Failure AFTER warranty expires? What to do?

My 50,000 mile warranty is almost up on my 2003 Acura TL-S and i have gone through two transmissions already. Currently on the third, i'm afraid it will go and i wanted to know what would be the case if it does after my warranty is expired?
Especially considered they have replaced it twice?
Will they replace it at their expense? or will they make me pay for it?

Just wanted some insight., thanks!

That depends on his VIN. He may not be in the covered range.

My car doesn't fall under the extended warranty, but i've already gone through two trannies, (original and first replacement), so i'm on my third transmission, and i'm afraid it will die again after my 50k warranty. I'm not gonna buy an extended coverage. So if i complain to Honda, they'll fix it? Who would i complain to and why would they fix it?

well considering you have had 2 failures already odds are they will allow you to take advantage of the 100k. if the dealer is good they will contact Acura Customer services for you, you may need to yourself. But like i said since you have had 2 failures already i would say they would honor you with the 100k. i know there is another member here whos vin didnt fall within the range and his tranny died and they covered it
