Yea I agree if you want alot of performance then go for a M3 or a 540i, and i agree 100% about having a manual and not being worried about the tranny as much. This TLS is perfect for me, I cant afford a faster car, insurance would kill me, and i get enough tickets for dumb crap as it is. Perhaps when i turn 25 and my rates drop then ill consider a new car. As for now, im having fun modded this thing!

As for Sprioh hitting 13s, yea I agree they wont happen in temp higher than 40...

AS for the 1st and 2nd gear being the hardest on the tranny... I mean i do alot of local hard driving, which means im in 1st and 2nd quite a bit. My tranny is fine and with almost 11k miles on my car, he feels strong. Knock on wood of course. I did break in my car REAL well though.

I hope everyone understands if they get a SC and all the other mods, that they will have to do alot of work on other parts of the car, i think people forget that. I will never consider the SC, too much other upgrades i would have to do, and by that time i would have been able to afford a brand new 540i. Im done after i get headers. I might not even get the RES, i will see how everyone is doing with it first. If the RES ever comes out that is.

So Raj, you have no plans for the CAI? You just want headers? Whats your plan man! Dont hide!
