Nice!

Is there any way - when you recover the visor - to keep the extender like it is stock?

Sure can Nate...you mean the piece that you can pull out? If so, yes. Just a little more modding of the visor to fit the monitor than and visor will be slightly thicker.

Cool

Hey Ron,

If I get LCD screens on my visor, and I want to watch tv, I have to get a TV tuner right? How much does a TV tuner with DVD go for?

If I'm mistaken, give me some info on what I need to watch some TV and DVDs. Thanks!

NICE work!! Wouldn't it look cleaner if you wrapped it with vinyl instead of the cloth? How much you charge to do something like this?? Man, you need to come down to htown, and open a shop with me!!!

Thanks all!

They are 6.4" Santeca Monitors. These run $685 per visor, installed...includes the monitor, wiring and new factory match upholestry.

Actually, if you wrapped it in vinyl, you need that thin vinyl without the backing on it for it to look right (IMO) and I personally don't think it looks as nice if you use the thick vinyl...kind of give the visor a bulkier look, but never the less, can be done, no problem.

Now that I've drooled all over the computer. I think I may have to have at least one monitor installed when I get my new car. I don't think you're too far from me.....

Box is still being built. I didn't get to work on it too much again yet with all the other stuff I had ahead of you, but I'm working on it all.

The visors are $685 each with the monitor installed as well as the headrests, same price.
