TL sighting in Houston..

i was at the iREV show on saturday and was waiting in the long a*s line to get tickets. as i was in line, i noticed a SLAMMED white tl-s RIGHT in front of the front doors. it hand chrome wheels and all. anybody on this board?? if so, how'd you drop your car?? using coilovers or springs??? i highly doubt they were springs because the back wheels were angled in and tucked!!

I was @ the show also, but parked closer to the Dome. How long did you have to wait for tix in that long arse line?
They definaletly need to presell if they come back next year.

im sorry, now that i think back...i believe it was just a TL and not a type s.

systek: i know you have to tuck it in but i was just wondering if the guy used springs or coilovers...or maybe air cylinders. i HIGHLY doubt they were springs though.

uz: i was there from 5-8. after i left, people were still in line to get in! i knew the lines would be long b/c buying tickets in advance was hard to do because ticket master didn't sell irev tickets. i saw on some site where it says you can go to irev site and purchase them there but as soon as i got on their site, they said you can't buy it online. thats probably the line was so freaking long. isn't import expo a lot better? irev was missin the booty contest!

Ya I saw that ride also... pretty Dam Phat!
I was gonna post about it also... slammed on chrome 99-00 model.

You waited in that line man... it must have been like 2 hours.
I roled up with a pack of 10 Bikes. Parked in the front and walked right in!
The show was ok... did you see the system in the silver TL in the show?
Too bad there were only two TLs there though. But alot of baddass rides.

But it was hard to pay attention to the cars with all those fine ass girls walking around! I was like :wow:

Later man,
Aman

It will be a while 'till Import Expo.

The even at HRP was WIC (World Import Challenge). It was ok. The races were good but the show were pretty boring. I saw cars with nothing special. It was like they washed the cars and brought it in to show.

i dont know about you but i noticed little things on many of the cars that aren't visible to the avg person. such as molded kits to the body, shaved door handles, conversions, air cylinders, euro mirrors, oh and i saw this one car that had a cd player on his rear view mirror. ive seen that before but in a magazine..it was in an eclipse
