TL-S Passenger seat
TL-S Passenger seat
My wife complains that the passenger seat in our TL S is too low and can't be raised. We had an RL until 2 weeks ago and she found the seat was more comfortable (higher) I am told by the dealer that the seat can't be raised. Any one have an idea for correction??

You could raise the seat by doing some custom work to it. For example, you could get some wood blocks and mount them under the current seat rails, then put longer, stronger bolts to hold the seat down. I wouldn't recommend doing that to your car though...just an option.
Another possiblity would be to swap your Type-S seats with someone who has non-S seats. I think the non-S seats may be a bit higher than the type-S ones...

How about getting the drivers seat rails, the power seat switches and the up/down motors (there are two of them) for the right hand drive 3.2TL/Saber/Inspire? Do you think it'll work?
